Wheat has 90% more gluten today than it did a century ago. There are over 100 patents for gluten in the Patent Office. 1 in 133 people have celiac disease. Over 29% of the population has gluten intolerance. Shouldn't we have a warning label like: WARNING: This food product contains gluten and may cause side effects in individuals who are gluten intolerant.
